Known Issues

  • On some gentoos kdesvn simply crashes. I can not reproduce it, in my vmwared gentoo it works fine. I've got an email, that a wrong ebuild of apr-libs may be the reason. eg., emerge --depclean removes apr 0.9, than you may have to rebuild kdesvn - voila. Not sure if this always does the trick, but it is reported as working. If not, try rebuilding subversion-libs, too.
  • Not real a bug but sometimes a problem: on 64 bit systems kdesvn on start sometimes says Could not find our part after install. You should check if you gaved the -DLIB_SUFFIX=64 option to cmake (eg, libs are installed in /usr/lib64 not /usr/lib or similar).
  • On MacOS X kdesvn isn't able to load the svnqt wrapper library. If someone has a hint how to solve this, please let me know. (I have no Mac).
