kdesvn should handle files with svn:needs-lock property set

When doing

svn propset svn:needs-lock on "a file"

the file gets write-protected and will only be writable when the user obtains a lock before.

Currently this state of the file is not yet shown in kdesvn (as of 0.8.3). So a user may choose to edit a file with svn:needs-lock just to find out that he/she cannot save it, cause not all applications will not display a warning.

It would be nice if kdesvn should show a symbol like a locked lock to indicate that state. Even nicer would be when kdesvn displays a warning request when the user double clicks to edit such a file with the standard application. This requester could offer to try to lock the file before editing.
