commit log reloading confirmation

Accidentally I once clicked the combo box under the commit log textarea and clicked on a line (forgot the 'esc' key at this time). I was writing yet another very documented commit log, and had it all smashed and unrecoverable (ctrl-z was my friend back then but ain't worked). I suggest to add a confirmation window before reloading a previous commit log (or text file insertion).
