What I was doing when the application crashed: Connect to remote svn server. Login ok. Right click on a folder in the list to the top left of the window. Immediate crash.

fixed since release 1.3.2 - you may download kdesvn-1.4.0-1fc11.x86_64.rpm and upgrade.
