error in path tha doesn't contain english letters

Description

I found a bug in kdesvn. I was trying to open a directory where the path contains and greek letters but the programm couldn't understand the greek characters. I'm using kubuntu in greek language so most of the directories in home folder are translated. I did the same thing in a path that had only english character and no problem was found.
