Current kdesvn does not seem to support subversion-1.3.0 (?) Thanks.

hm? last release support it. Which features do you mean or you're missing? When compiled against subversion 1.3 it uses the api of svn 1.3 (and that binary will not run with svn 1.2).

Some of the features are used transparent, eg., there is no extra switch (eg, most peg-revisions are generated automatic to the right value). Or do you mean some of new stuff of the svn-client (which I don't know)?

Thanks! Building from source indeed helped. Feel free to close this PR. Perhaps it would be a good idea to mention explicitly somewhere that svn-1.3 is supported.
