Description
Hello,
As a user of KDE4 SVN (from the Factory repo on OpenSuSE), I realized that more and more programs use the Task functionality of KDE 4.3. I was therefore thinking that KDESVN could use that functionality when Updating or Committing a directory using the Dolphin integration.
That way, the progress bars would show in the user's panel. However, it could be interesting to be able to have the full update/commit log when clicking on the task in the Taskbar.

You're right, I wasn't very clear.
If you are running KDE 4.2.3 you should see the following icon show up in the System Tray when copying files with Dolphin: http://yfrog.com/0ainfoqlup
With KDE 4.2.88 (which is what I'm running right now), the icon is also used be other programs such as KTorrent (latest version) and KMess. I think it's called "Plasma integration".
I would love KDESvn to have plasma integration. I think it could be useful when updating or committing on a repo because the progression bar would be shown in Plasma it-self instead of in a new window. However, because I do like the Kdesvn feature which shows the list of files which have been updated, the user should be able to see a full window with that list by clicking on the plasma integration "pop-up".
Please tell me if you wish me to clarify some points. Thanks!

For the application itself it makes no sense to me, 'cause it is hard to implement a non-conflicting progressbar which reacts as fast as a gui based progress.
But for KIO a special progress is integrated meanwhile, which let you see whats going on in background when standard kde progressbars for this operations doesn't help (like on write operations to a repository)
For GUI I'll integrate some messages for background tasks like check for update and so on, too.

Sorry, I'm not sure, what you mean. Ok I have kde 4.2.3 installed here in most cases so you may point me to somewhere this stuff is documented and described. Is this a feature of dolphin? Or kde base system?
