Improve URL selection in checkout dialog

It would be nice if kdesvn offered recently used URLs in the checkout dialog (e.g. in a dropdown list).
It would also be nice if the "Open file" tried open the URL currently in the URL edit box with repository browser (to select a subdirectory in the repository) rather than show the "Select folder" dialog for selecting the folder from the file system (for people like me who are using SVN over HTTP, the filesystem folder selection dialog is only confusing).
