Easyer access to SVN properties.

Description

It would be continent to have a properties entry when right clicking on a file/folder to bring up the svn proprieties screen. Either that or update the properties view in the lower right cover to allow for adding and removing properties directly without the dialog. (Currently you can change existing properties but not add or remove them here.
