KDESVN x attribute bug

I use kdesvn 1.2.3 (see about.jpeg)
When I update to head and there is a conflict (see conflict.jpeg), kdesvn
create 3 files: file.mine, file.rREPOS, file.rBASE and fileOUTPUT.
FileOUTPUT is created with x attribute:

The fileOUTPUT with x attribute cause kdiff3 version 0.9.93 (see
kdiff3.jpeg) modify fileOUTPUT with only x attribute:

only x attribute

The fileOUTPUT without permission is a problem for me, because I must
modify manually (chmod) for the right access with my application.

These files aren't created by kdesvn but from subversion. The first and only idea I have is a wrong umask on parent folder, you should check this.
