Hi,

I first tried to submit this via Trac but it was rejected it as "potential
spam" :-)

kdesvn 1.0.4 (as well as 1.0.2) crash when trying to open the settings
dialog. This seems to be related to the setting start_log_cache_on_open
which seems to have been renamed to log_cache_on_open and moved to
subversion_settings.ui. The old checkbox however is still available in
display_settings.ui, just no longer properly handled.

The attached patch which simply removes the obsolete checkbox from
display_settings.ui fixed the problem for me.
