I use:
kdesvn
Version 1.2.1
Using KDE 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3)

There are some mistakes in this kdesvn:
1) "menu: Settings->Configure Kdesvn...->General" the checked "Display
colored annotate" doesn't OK; the line of directorys and line of files not
colored
2) "menu: Settings->Configure Kdesvn...->General" the checked "Mark item
status with icon overlay" is KO;  I don't see the changed, the conflict,
.... If I use kdesvn with a large directory (800 MB) it is more visible.
3) If I use "Check for updates" with a large directory (800 MB), the
command write "Checking for updates started in background" but doesn't
finish.

It works all here, or I misunderstood what you mean. When starting checking for updates in very large repositories it may cost a lot of time in background depending on repository.

Problems with missing icon overlays are fixed now.
