In ticket#266 alwin said:
As described in subversions book you may set the http_proxy variable in config.
So set in $HOME/.subversion/servers inside [global] section the variables http-proxy and http-port and kdesvn will use them.
Works beautifully, but the proxy login details need to be stored in the 'servers' text file. It would be nice if they could be kept in the KDE wallet along with the subversion server login details.
On quick viewing, other tickets about the wallet didn't appear to address this issue.
I have kdesvn 0.12.1 - If this has already been done in a later release, my apologies. (-;

Subversion has no interface asking user for a proxy password, so I can not set it via kde-wallet.
