Pressing escape aborts the commit dialog - which is especially annoying for "vi" users

Please add an option somewhere to allow this "feature" to be disabled. As a long term "vi" user I'm always hitting escape to leave insert mode, regardless of what editor I'm using... To loose the text that I've just typed into the commit dialog is frustrating.

Better still, remove the "feature" altogether - I can't think of any other programs that behave like this when you hit escape.

this is not a "feature" of kdesvn, this complete normal in GUI with QT/KDE that dialogs are closed with "Esc".

But I'm thinking about something that on hitting escape the content will stored in a temporary area and reloaded on next commit trial.

Saving the content and reloading it on next commit sounds like a good solution - thanks.

I'd never noticed this feature of QT/KDE before - I'd never have thought of pressing escape to close a dialog - now I notice that all programs do this. Ho hum.
