Log viewer improvement

Description

A handy feature for the SVN Log viewer would be if it not only showed the comment for the selected revision but also the names of the modified/added/deleted files in a separate listview. A doubleclick on one of these files would then open the diff view for this file.

I add some more suggestions in here, since they are quite minor:

  • highlight and select the first item on opening the window (up to now, the last item is highlighted)
  • offer a button for refreshing the view (using the same options it was called with)

the modified files in a separate view is possible, you must setup kdesvn "Log always show list of changed entries" in Settings->Subversion.

doubleclick stuff I'll do.

Refreshing view isn't possible this moment without a lot of other changes, rest is done.
