Adding a conflict-resolve utility

Description

kdesvn is a great product but it lacks a conflict-resolve utility. Cervisia has a good conflict-resolve utility; would it be possible to port it to kdesvn?

In trunk I'd integrated a call to an external conflict resolving tool (like kdiff3, see r1319). This is much better than an internal one I think.

The one from cervisia I don't know, but I note it to check it next time.
