blame can't display unicode properly

Description

When i open blame window, i get a really good looking screen with different colors showing different lines of contributed translations in a po-file. This file is encoded in utf-8 and i have the de_DE.utf-8 locale installed on Kubuntu Feisty. The english original text is shown normally, but the german umlauts are shown as symbols. I use a self compiled Kdesvn 0.13.0

Thank you for this great software! KdeSVN is one of the best programs/development tools available for KDE.

You may try version 0.14.1, there it is possible switching the output-locale for annotate- and dif-display.
