cannot merge between revisions/HEAD and WORKING

Description

it seems that I cannot merge between revisions/HEAD and WORKING. I know merge works because I can merge between revisions and HEAD and between two revisions. WORKING seems to not work as an option

this is not possible by subversion - working is always the current (uncommited) state of working copy.

correction: checked it again, but here it works eg. subversion accepts it. may it comes with one of latest subversion or you have another problem.
