Description
There are some minor issues right now concerning the bookmark handling. 1.) If you have opened a repository or a working copy and add a bookmark they are all labeled "kdesvn". Either label them after the currently opened directory or prompt the user for a name. 2.) If no repository of working copy is opened disable the "Bookmarks/Add? Bookmark" entry or show a warning message if the user tries to add a bookmark telling him to open a repository first. 3.) When kdesvn is embedded into konqueror the kdesvn bookmarks are gone / aren't displayed. Either
- replace konqueror bookmarks with kdesvn ones
- merge konqueror and kdesvn bookmarks

Think more than once, but:
- It may make sense that inside konqueror other bookmarks are visible than in kdesvn application
- adding bookmarks is nowhere disabled when no document open, so that dialog that an empty bookmark cannot added is ok.
