Hi, subversion 1.4 updates the local directory format and kdesvn work with 1.3 (i think). For example, my subclipse can't work with kdesvn.

The ext exactly is: This client is too old to work with working copy please get a newer Subversion client

Sorry for my english.

Its inpossible to resolve. You should use a kdesvn build with subversion 1.4.x (in debian, fedora and SuSE latest dists it should.)
